So break finished off pretty eh. Poker continued to destroy me, which put me in a really bad mood. Thanksgiving was nice with the family, and then Cheesegiving over at Eugene's was cool, seeing all those people I haven't seen... since last cheesegiving basically. Got that haircut I mentioned planning, and thats about all I did really. Oh yea, also decided on getting the PSP with my best buy gift cards and got Fifa 06 for it. So now I can play fifa in class when I'm really bored, woooooo.
The ride back to Tech went really well, we (me and John) left at about 3:30 AM to avoid the mad traffic that there is on the Sunday after thanksgiving. We ended up getting back to tech at 10. 6 1/2 hours, whew! Definately the best time I've made thus far. We managed to stay awake by listening to alot of loud techno and then listening to Remembering Blood Thru the Window's CD (WOW!). Very entertaining.
Well I've been back at Tech for 3 days now. Yesterday was Dries' bday, so basically all I've been doing this week is drinking. Jaegerbombs and shots on Monday, then alot of beer yesterday after a BDubs b-day dinner. Played alot of drunken fifa, always a good time. Too bad I'm now way behind in preparing for my 3 tests on friday... oh well. Thats college.
Too tired to continue, must sleep.

Well I'm back in NJ for thanksgiving break. I was really glad Ryan and Traci's train was delayed so they rode with me and Craig, because that meant alot less driving and cheaper for spliting of the gas. The trip went pretty smoothly.. slowly.. but smoothly. Definately felt good to be home when I got to sleep in my bed.
I've spent most of my break up in NY with Bruce and Meghan, chillin and playing poker in their apartment. Spent alot of money, and had a pretty shitty run on PokerStars, including having my Aces and Kings get folded to me in the 200+15 tourney, resulting in a dissapointing finish in that tourney, but I still had fun up there. Took the bus back to Dover by myself and got home at like 6ish today. Then my family took me out to dinner at Outback, including my sister and Jerry my cousin. Always a good time with my unpredictable mom and those poor waiters. Pitched the whole apartment idea to my Dad and made some plans for winter break, ate some good food, and now I'm feelin pretty sleepy.
As for the rest of break, I'm definately getting a haircut for one. Tommorrow night I might go box at Victor's with all the azns who I haven't seen since poker over the summer. Thanksgiving is obviously Thursday, which I'm looking forward to. Not sure what I'm going to be doing Friday and Saturday (we're going back Sunday now instead of going back for the Saturday Tech game), but I hope we can get a poker game with everyone somewhere in there.
Well poker is pissing me off again beyond belief so I'm going to cut this off and go sleep.

So I havent updated in a long time... not a surprise. Lets see. This semester has gone pretty well so far I'd say. Classes are definately harder than last year, but I think I'll get through it. Grades won't be quite as good, but whatever, this is chemical engineering, I can't expect high school grades. I think I've held back pretty well on the partying also, definately haven't been drunk as often as last year. Always a good thing. Right now I'm sick though, which is always lame, especially at school. Guess I haven't been taking as good care of myself as I thought.
I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving break and going home to see the fam. I haven't really talked to my Dad in a long time, I hope hes not too angry that I haven't found the time to call him much. Of course my mom still calls 5 times a day at least, so shes all updated on my situation. It will definately be nice to be home and driving around Randolph again. It won't quite be the same without Bruce living in Randolph though, I'm definatly going to have to make an effort to find stuff to do. Hopefully he'll at least be around so we can get a good poker game together with the whole gang.
Speaking of poker, I've had some pretty solid success this semester. I earned a whole ton of boogster points and so far have gotten $200 in Best Buy Gift Cards, WPT Season 1 DVDs and some books. Not to mention made at least $400 profit on the random sites, keeping my bank account afloat until I go back to work over the winter break. I've also got a Pokerstars mug, Party Poker hat, and some other random hat waiting for me at home. Sweeeeet.
Well I'd say thats enough for now. No promises on updates anytime soon.

I haven't really updated.. at all... this summer. Lets see.
I'd say summer went pretty well. Clocked alot of hours at work, saved up a bit of cash, finally got a car, '99 Honda Civic, Green. Had a very profitable summer as far as poker goes. In our home games I'd say I netted at least 100 bucks. Online I probably made $700, more or less, I should consult PokerTracker. And that is with losing $500 of my profit in one horrible night...
I'm pretty angry right now over missing warped tour today.. what a waste of $40. I can't believe EVERYONE copped out. I should have just gone alone but I woke up kinda late and just didn't want to make the drive by myself.
I'm looking forward to moving back to Virginia and seeing all my Tech friends. I didn't see ANY of them over the summer :\. I didn't really hang out with alot of people really other than the poker buddies. Tonight I'm hanging out with Ryan, Dave, John, and who knows who else. Bunch of people I haven't seen in awhile. Should be interesting.
Maybe I'll start updating regularly soon, who knows.

Its 3 AM. I've played hard, battled through 0 cards in this SnG, played TAG, made it this far. I just want to get into the money so I know I've at least made a little money for my great effort. Amazingly, I have no made a single preflop raise up til now. Not one. I get AQo. Its 4 handed. I have the best hand.
Then along comes AmyJoker. What is going on in her stupid, empty, retarded head, as she reraises me preflop with K3 hearts. K3 of fucking hearts. AKA garbage. A complete trash hand. Has AmyJoker played this SnG her best? Has she battled this far? Does AmyJoker have a brain? K3 of fucking hearts.
Why I didn't push preflop, I don't know. I figured at this point in the game, with 4 people left, I don't know maybe noone would be stupid enough to reraise ME, who has made 0 preflop raises all game, with garbage. There is a motherfucking short stack next to u AmyJoker. Why are u playing a hand that should bust you at this point in the game, with that hand.
Ok so AmyJoker is retarded. I flop my ace, AmyJoker checks. I push of course, assuming that reraise meant pocket pair, and a fold was about to ensue. If i saw a call I was to expect AQ, perhaps an AK, maybe an AJ. I saw the call. I saw the K3 of hearts. Party Poker does its 100 mph card deal when people are all in. I see the rivered flush. I explode.
AmyJoker tells me sorry, normally she "never chases flushes, but couldn't resist the odds this time". Yes, because the odds of hitting a 4 flush change drastically when its the nut flush draw.. wait no, you're a fucking moron. Yes, chase a flush and don't even think about the fact that we're about to be in the money, that I obviously have the ace, that you should be about to bust out.
